About Our Trainer Nikki:
I am a wife and a mom to two kiddos so I know that time is valuable. Every minute is precious, which is why I like to get as much done in a small amount of time. Your training session with me will include; strength training, functional training, your heart rate will sky rocket and you will get a laugh in. I am a firm believer that working out is essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I also believe that healthy food does not need to be boring! While working out, I am sure we will talk about food and it is my goal to make you realize that healthy food can also be tasty. It is all about balance. If you’re looking to change up your workout routine, I can guarantee you, I am your girl.
