“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending, he turned into a beautiful butterfly.”
~ Anonymous Proverb
I thrive in challenging environments, and I have a unique ability to adapt to my clients’ needs and truly meet them where they are at. I currently sees individuals of all ages (with a special love for our younger kiddos and teenage population!) in our office but I love school-based therapy as well. This year, much of my clinical time will be spent providing quality services in schools. I use my expertise in facilitating groups and my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to run our DBT Skills Group for Adolescent Girls. I treat a variety of disorders including ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
