“Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts.”
~ Winston Churchill
As the Director of Clinical Services at Inspired Wellness, I am responsible for recruiting and managing clinical staff. I lead with a strong focus on developing high standards of practice, creating programs consistent with the company's goals and mission, evaluating patient care for effectiveness, and implementing necessary changes to programs and policies. Our CEO and I work closely together with leaders of local schools and businesses to promote mental health through different therapeutic services, therapeutic interventions and professional development trainings.
I have an extensive career in Mental Health. In addition to Individual Therapy and Group Therapy, my most notable work experience includes Inpatient treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program treatment and School-based therapy, which has ultimately shaped our practice today. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have extensive training in CBT, DBT and Mindfulness. I have found great success in providing my clients with skills and strategies to change their situations for the better. I remain warm, comforting, and attentive to their concerns while validating their feelings. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on the importance and benefits of effective communication while having healthy boundaries.
I am grateful to lead a highly skilled team of Clinicians that allow me to use my knowledge and experiences to grow the practice in several different areas of mental health and wellness.
