“How many things would you attempt if you knew you could not fail?”

~ Robert Frost

I am committed to helping individuals make positive changes in their lives. I work with individuals to create their own meaning in all aspects of their lives including relationships and careers. I am passionate about creating a welcoming space for all individuals and am a LGBTQIA+ ally.

My work focuses on change, no matter how large or small, and I consider a holistic view of each individual. I have a particular interest in the challenges the perinatal population faces and the impact on their families.

I have a background in assisting survivors of domestic violence and working with individuals in crisis. I have worked with individuals experiencing mood disorders, disordered eating, trauma related disorders, dissociative disorders, addictive disorders, and life transitions.

I see clients out of our Wyomissing office and virtually.
