Grounded in Frankl’s existential philosophy, it is my passion to help my clients find meaning in their experiences, transforming the struggles of life into opportunities for growth and resilience. I am especially interested in working with preteens, teens, and their families navigating the complexities of life with empathy, understanding, and practical tools for growth. My work focuses on supporting individuals through the challenges of day-to-day interpersonal relationships, with a special emphasis on the concerns of child and adult adoptees, mother-daughter relationships, parenting through divorce, stepfamily dynamics, loss of a parent, and the full journey of motherhood—from planning and parenting to empty-nesting. I also have an interest in treating those diagnosed with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and ASD-1.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Existentialism, allowing me to meet each client where they are and collaborate on their unique path to wellness. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and develop skills to thrive. Together, we can work towards creating lasting changes in your approach to life and set a path for a brighter, empowered future!
