Accountability Coaching
Our accountability coaches help clients identify and track habits or patterns that may be holding them back from reaching their goals. We provide guidance on how to make progress towards your goals using a supportive approach with an emphasis on increasing motivation, problem-solving, time management skills and communication skills. Some times you just need to be held accountable to make the change and reach your goals!
With a one month subscription to our accountability coach you’ll receive weekly in-person or virtual accountability sessions with your coach, as well as regular check-ins to track progress and increase motivation. There may also be weekly content delivery of articles, motivational quotes and ideas to keep you on track.
